Having worked over 25 years in the field of IT/ Technology Procurement, as specialist and manager, I have seen many well negotiated contracts deliver no or little added value for businesses over time. It is my firm belief that this relates to critical and creative thinking in the early stages of business & procurement decision making. It is my mission to provide that and help businesses get better deals, happier partners and employees enabling a strategic competitive edge.
